Ensure potential funds provided by vendors are utilized. Internal & External Incentive planning & execution.

We handle all correspondence with delegates quickly and efficiently, including all financial transactions for registration, accommodation and pre-and post-conference tours.
We then stage-manage the event or conference, treating it as theater, with wonderful atmosphere, smiling efficient staff, memorable social events, all run with military precision.
We produce budgets and ongoing financial reports to ensure the responsible financing of the conference, and assist with motivations to potential sponsors, and finally we bring all the conference finances and administration together quickly and accurately.
